Reality TV starlet Whitney Port had a slight wardrobe malfunction while filming for her latest show The City. Time and again I’ve said it – if you need a ratings boost for your show, the best way would be to show some skin and hopefully a nip slip or two and make sure you do it at a paparazzi-infested place. Like the beach for example.
